Overview The Mall Admin. Supervisor maintains the smooth and efficient operations of the mall. This encompasses monitoring of facilities, proposing and implementing standards of safety and sanitation, and managing day-to-day activities within the mall. They also coordinate with the various mall departments, as well as manage the maintenance personnel, to provide the best experience for both tenants and customers of the mall. Responsibilities Monitor facilities and operations within the mall to ensure safety, sanitation, and efficiency. Propose and implement standards of safety and sanitation. Manage day-to-day activities within the mall, coordinating with mall departments. Supervise maintenance personnel and contractors to deliver quality services for tenants and customers. Qualifications Graduate of B.S. HRM or Business Administration. At least 2 years of experience in operations management. Experience in food and beverage, hospitality, and retail is an advantage. Previous experience in a commercial/mall setting highly preferred. Preferably with experience handling maintenance and janitorial personnel.
