Corporate Communications Manager

Position: CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER The role shall oversee the preparation and management of all business development and communications materials, including marketing collateral, internal and external communications, and digital or print content, with support from external vendors, as needed, and subject to appropriate approvals. The Corporate Communications Manager shall also manage relationships with relevant publications, media, and industry networks; monitor engagement across platforms; provide insights to support data‑driven decisions; and coordinate the Firm’s participation in key events and business development activities. Research Monitor trends in communications, marketing, and business development within the legal and professional services sector. Identify and recommend effective business development tools and platforms. Gather and analyze information on competitors’ marketing and business development activities, including rankings and publications. Planning Develop and implement long‑term and annual business development and communications strategies. Prepare and manage budgets and related plans for marketing and communication initiatives. Plan and coordinate business development events and firm‑wide initiatives. Administration Execute approved marketing and communication programs, including events, campaigns, and publications. Coordinate with internal teams to support business development initiatives and ensure timely implementation. Oversee the firm’s digital presence, including its website and social media platforms, and track performance and budget utilization. Public Relations & Business Development Build and maintain the firm’s brand through media relations, publications, and marketing materials. Manage relationships with industry networks, associations, and key external partners. Lead the firm’s participation in industry events and submissions to professional rankings and publications. Client Information Management Maintain and update a centralized client and contact database. Track and manage business leads and potential clients. Ensure data accuracy and provide insights to support business development initiatives. Qualifications and Competencies Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is an advantage. At least 8 years of experience in a senior communications, marketing, or business development role, ideally within a professional services or consultancy environment. Strong analytical, research, and problem‑solving skills with a strategic and creative mindset. Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills across traditional and digital platforms. Effective interpersonal and communication abilities to build credibility and collaboration across all levels. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
