Leasing Supervisor

Overview The Leasing Supervisor supports the lease administration process in the mall, ensuring that contracts are created, updated, and terminated in compliance with internal policies and legal regulations. The role is essential in servicing mall tenants and operations to meet financial and strategic goals. Responsibilities Manage lease contracts: creation, renewal, termination. Ensure compliance with legal and company policies. Coordinate with tenants regarding leasing concerns. Monitor tenant occupancy and leasing performance. Generate lease-related reports for management. Assist in achieving mall revenue and occupancy targets. Qualifications With 3 years’ experience in leasing or retail management or significant exposure to the shopping center industry. Graduate of BS/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing or any other business-related courses. A related master’s degree is not required but will be an advantage. Good Communication skills, negotiation skills Proficiency in documentation and administrative tasks. Work Conditions Willing to work on weekends, holidays , and shifting schedules . Must be physically fit and able to stand for extended periods. Willing to be assigned to SM CITY LA UNION.
