Overview
Position: Customer Advisor - New Accounts Officer at Security Bank Corporation. You will handle in-house selling, cross-selling of bank products and services, and manage account portfolios to achieve sales targets. You will process opening of new peso/dollar CASA accounts and placements, roll-overs/renewals, terminations, and payment of matured placements for all SBC products. You will ensure on-time and accurate service delivery in compliance with the Bank's service standards.
How you\'ll contribute- Identify customer needs, maintain and nurture relationships through marketing calls, cross-selling bank products and services, and strategize to increase dealings with the Bank.
- Assist walk-in customers by advising them on bank products to meet their needs.
- Manage/attend to customer complaints by coordinating with the Branch Channel Manager (BCM) and/or concerned units to ensure resolution and client satisfaction.
- Process over-the-counter transactions and requests in accordance with the Bank\'s policies and procedures to meet service standards.
- Act as primary co-custodian to the Main Vault Door and Cash Safe and perform end-of-day cash verification in line with Bank policies.
- Graduate of any Bachelor\'s Degree program.
- At least 3 years of combined sales and operations experience in branch banking, preferably handling new account transactions.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service orientation.
- In-depth understanding of regulatory, quality control, and risk management frameworks.
