The company provides medical, security, and travel assistance services to organizations and individuals around the world. Their clients include multinational corporations, governments, NGOs, and educational institutions.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales:


  • Drive new client acquisition through face-to-face consultative selling, particularly to C-level executives.

  • Develop and execute strategies to penetrate key industries (e.g., tech, BPOs, logistics, healthcare, consulting).

  • Own and deliver on country revenue and gross profit targets.

  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities using Salesforce (SFDC).

  • Lead cross-border business opportunities and collaborate with regional/global teams.

Account Management:

  • Retain and grow existing accounts via upselling and cross-selling.

  • Lead renewals, pricing negotiations, and contract management.

  • Provide clients with tailored medical and security solutions aligned with their business needs.

  • Build long-term client relationships and oversee implementation of new business.

Leadership & Internal Collaboration:

  • Lead and mentor the local business development and marketing teams.

  • Work cross-functionally with operations, medical, finance, legal, and HR to ensure service excellence.

The Successful Applicant

Required Qualifications:


  • Education: MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree from a reputable institution.

  • Experience:

    • 15-20 years in B2B solution selling with a successful track record in complex, consultative sales environments.

    • Industry experience in healthcare, BPO, tech, logistics, or business services is preferred.

    • Previous experience in a matrix or multinational organization is an advantage.

  • Skills & Attributes:

    • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.

    • Effective communicator with proven negotiation and influencing skills.

    • Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders (C-suite level).

    • Salesforce CRM proficiency; MS Office skills.

    • Highly self-motivated, customer-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
