Job description Formation and management of a team of employees (4-5 people), which is engaged in the support and maintenance of offices in the Philippines (purchase of equipment, setup / installation /repair of workstations and peripherals, installation of SCS and video surveillance, user support). Establishing processes of competent, responsive and timely support for internal employees of the company. Communication and interaction with other departments (mainly IT). Monitoring and timely processing of incoming requests, in accordance with the SLA. Developing instructions, consulting and training users, updating the knowledge base. If necessary, timely escalation of problems to other departments. Administration of the company's user support system, control of licenses for the company. Ensuring quality control of the work of the department's employees: both in communications and in technical terms. Requirements Work experience as a manager/team leader of the support team for at least 1 year. Experience working with user support systems (HelpDesk). The desire to keep simple and clear documentation. Critical thinking, the desire to develop and grow together with the team. Good communication skills, competent oral and written English. Good analytical skills, quick search for the necessary information. Multitasking, accuracy, efficiency, customer orientation. Discipline, both in-house and in the team. It will be a plus Experience in support as an ordinary employee. Experience building teams from scratch. Experience of self-launch or participation in the launch of projects.
