Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Architecture or equivalent.

  • Preferably 1 Yr. Experienced Employees specializing in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.

  • With good analytical ability, hardworking and honest

  • Open for newly board passer

  • With or without experience

Role and Responsibilities

  • Consultation & Programming:

  • Site Analysis:

  • Design & Conceptualization:

  • Technical Drawings & Specifications:

  • Prepares drafts, blueprints, and working drawings of each project.

  • Interpret architectural, structural plans and drawings.

  • Plan and design tile display for the branch.

  • Renders for social media platforms for postings.

  • Cost & Time Estimation:

  • Regulatory Approvals:

  • Communication & Reporting:

  • Team Coordination: (with the management, engineers, concern department and construction team/display team and other construction professionals)

  • Contract Administration:

  • Will attend meetings and prepare documentation needed regarding the project progress and ensure on meeting the deadline.

  • Will lead and oversee the planning, survey, and estimation of projects from conceptualization to execution to meet the given deadline.

  • Site Visits & Inspections:

  • Quality Control:

  • Budget & Schedule Monitoring:

  • Oversee the construction team for each project

  • Branch designs and checking

  • Final Inspections:

  • Final Accounts:

Technical Qualifications

  • Proficient in Graphic design software Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
