You will work with your squad on a variety of tasks, including end-to-end software and feature delivery of stable, fit-for-purpose Pega systems. Responsibilities include feature analysis, development, configuration, testing, and support operations. Additionally, you will contribute to Continuous Delivery initiatives and automate deployment, testing, system health checks, and other manual tasks. In detail, your main tasks will be: Participate in User Story refinement: Analyze requirements and request modifications or enhancements as needed Participate in solution design Implement high-quality applications: Build applications aligned with Pega out-of-the-box features Create or modify unit tests during implementation Participate in manual testing activities when required Proactively monitor application quality Ensure logs are free of unwanted messages and errors Participate in peer review processes Fix incidents and problems as necessary How to Succeed Deliver on promises with good communication with clients and partners Maintain a “Can do” mentality, flexibility, and ownership Collaborate effectively and bring positive energy to the team Give and receive professional feedback Continuously learn and seek new solutions Experience working in agile teams (SCRUM, Kanban, XP) Be multi-skilled: design, build, test, document, deploy Experience with continuous delivery Believe in collaboration and teamwork Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written Ability to work under pressure, flexible with working hours Technical skills required: 3 to 5 years of experience with Pega Pega SA certification minimum Java knowledge is a plus Additional qualities: Diplomacy and good communication skills Analysis and testing capabilities Facilitation skills Retail Bank knowledge #J-18808-Ljbffr
