What you’ll do

As a Pega Dev Engineer, you are responsible for creating smooth and efficient onboarding and other processes related to Know Your Customer procedures.

You will work with your squad on a variety of tasks, including end-to-end software and feature delivery of stable, fit-for-purpose Pega systems. Responsibilities include feature analysis, development, configuration, testing, and support operations. Additionally, you will contribute to Continuous Delivery initiatives and automate deployment, testing, system health checks, and other manual tasks.

In detail, your main tasks will be:

• Participate in User Story refinement:
  • Analyze requirements and request modifications or enhancements as needed
  • Participate in solution design

• Implement high-quality applications:
  • Build applications aligned with Pega out-of-the-box features
  • Create or modify unit tests during implementation
  • Participate in manual testing activities when required
  • Proactively monitor application quality
  • Ensure logs are free of unwanted messages and errors
  • Participate in peer review processes

• Fix incidents and problems as necessary

Technical skills required:

• 3 to 5 years of experience with Pega
• Pega SA certification minimum
• Java knowledge is a plus
