Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas for events and campaigns. Collaborate with the team in crafting pre-production and post-mortem event decks for comprehensive planning. Take a hands‑on role in executing events and campaigns, ensuring flawless operations. Oversee on‑site logistics and coordination to guarantee the successful implementation of planned activities. Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with potential suppliers and event partners to enhance the event experience. Manage the end‑to‑end permit processing for events, ensuring strict compliance with local regulations. Maintain comprehensive documentation related to permits, approvals, and event‑related activities. Work closely with internal teams to align event strategies with overall marketing goals. Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure collaborative success. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in event marketing, preferably in real estate, retail or related industries. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms. Results‑oriented with a focus on achieving event goals.
