What you will do:

The Project Planner will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring the project schedule for the Greenbelt Project, which covers HVAC and Building Management System (BMS) scopes. The role is critical to ensuring that all project milestones are achieved on time and within allocated resources. The planner will collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, procurement, and site teams to ensure seamless coordination and tracking of activities.

How you will do it:

• Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule (using Primavera P6 or MS Project) covering all activities for HVAC and BMS scopes.
• Define work breakdown structures (WBS), critical path activities, and project milestones.
• Monitor project progress against baseline schedules and identify deviations or delays.
• Coordinate with project engineers, procurement, and subcontractors to update actual progress and forecast future timelines.
• Prepare look-ahead schedules and progress reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) for internal stakeholders and clients.
• Support the Project Manager in identifying risks related to time and proposing mitigation strategies.
• Integrate procurement and construction schedules to ensure material and manpower alignment with planned activities.
• Conduct delay analysis and provide input on claims and extensions of time (EOT), if applicable.
• Attend planning meetings and provide scheduling inputs to support decision-making.
What we look for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in project planning, preferably within MEP or HVAC/BMS projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with project control processes and earned value management.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
