Responsibilities Administers first aid treatments, routine BP, and provides medications for employees as needed. This includes monitoring and recording of patients' condition. Develop and implement health and safety programs. Provide emergency treatment in the workplace. Promote healthy eating and wellness programs. Document all employee injury and illness and keep this information confidential. Improve the health of employees through ongoing programs and health checks. Develop strategies to ensure maximum employee work input. Assist all injured employees to the nearest clinics or hospitals. Schedule consultation and assist company doctor. Monitor medicine supplies and prepare requisition every 1st week of the month. Submit regulatory compliances to DOLE about Health and Safety. Compensation and Benefits Process weekly and semi-monthly payrolls. Review and check attendance and compute overtime summary reports. Encode salary payroll in PS Bank system. Coordinate with PS Bank for E-Credit/Payroll concerns. Monitor and review recruitment updates (newly hired, resigned employees, lateral transfer, salary increase, and change of status) submitted by HR Recruitment. Update mandated benefits contributions and loans (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG). Facilitate enrollment of newly hired employees (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth). Review, process, and monitor loans (mandatory benefits and salary loans). Monitor employees’ HMO benefits/PS Bank system for adding and deletion. Assist employees in HMO availment. Coordinate with the HMO provider. Coordinate with clinics for APE schedule and location. Process end-to-end payroll and daily monitoring of attendance and benefits of direct employees in Human Resource Integrated System. #J-18808-Ljbffr
