Naturally engage people; you're usually the one people call for anything they need. Build relationships easily with other departments to best serve their needs. Responsibilities Responsible for the providing first aid measure to employees. Dispenses medicines and conducts medical inventory. Prepares reports as required by DOLE. Monitors employees’ health concerns/requirements and creates trend reports. Takes part/lead in organizing health related/wellness programs. Qualifications Must be a Registered Nurse. At least 2 years' experience as a company nurse. Must have a dynamic personality and able to work well in a team. Have organized company events (whether small or big scale events). Has experience in negotiating with HMO providers. Strong believer in our advocacy.
