Job Opportunity: Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Sales Account
Location: Cubao, Quezon City (Onsite)
Salary: 25k - 27k
Shift: Midshift
Start Date: ASAP
We are hiring for a Customer Service Representative in a Sales Account If you have technical sales or any sales experience in the BPO industry, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service to clients while promoting and selling products or services.
* Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues related to sales and service.
* Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
* Deliver product knowledge and technical support as required.
* Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications:
* 1 to 2 years of sales experience in a BPO setting.
* Must have experience in Technical Sales or any sales-related BPO experience.
* Comfortable with a salary range of 25k - 27k.
* Can work onsite in Cubao.
* Available to start ASAP.
* Amenable to working midshift hours.
