Position: Sourcing and Purchasing Coordinator (With Transportation Allowance) Company Industry: Manufacturing Company Work Location: Calamba, Laguna Postal Code: 4027 Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (7:00 am – 5:00pm) Salary: Php15,000 Work Set Up: Onsite BENEFITS: ✨Meal Allowance ✨Transportation Allowance ✨Government Mandated Benefits ✨HMO ✨Vacation Leave ✨Sick Leave ✨13th Month Pay JOB REQUIREMENTS: ✨ Bachelor’s degree holder ✨ With at least 6 months to 1 year experience in Purchasing ✨ With experience working in Manufacturing company is an advantage ✨ Amenable to attend face to face interview ✨ Can start as soon as possible JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: ✨ Support procurement strategy planning and execution. ✨Supervise and guide junior purchasing staff to ensure policy compliance. ✨Review and process purchase orders and requisitions accurately. ✨Monitor supplier performance and maintain vendor relationships. ✨Assist in cost-saving initiatives and negotiate terms with vendors. ✨Conduct monthly inventory checks and coordinate with warehouse staff. ✨Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment. ✨Maintain accurate purchasing records and update procurement systems. ✨Coordinate with internal departments to resolve delays or discrepancies. ✨Conduct market research for new suppliers and alternative materials. ✨Ensure compliance with procurement policies and internal controls. ✨Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate superior.
