Location: SM Cyber West, Quezon City (Hybrid)
Position: Technician 1, Monitoring Service
Salary: ₱23,000 - ₱28,000 basic

Job Objective:
Be part of our 24/7 team, managing and resolving refrigeration and HVAC alarms while providing top-notch support. You'll also handle customer requests, inbound calls, and work order confirmations.

Main Duties:
-- Monitor and diagnose refrigeration/HVAC alarms based on Service Level Agreements.
-- Document alarm details and communicate with external customers via calls or emails.
-- Perform graph analysis and provide sound troubleshooting decisions.
-- Address inbound calls, service requests, and work order updates.

Qualifications:
-- Graduate of any 4-year degree program.
-- At least 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
-- Experience in interactive customer service or offshore service operations is a plus.
-- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel).
-- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, VMWare, and Lumity systems is an advantage.

Other Work Conditions:
-- Shifting schedule (may include weekends).
-- Willingness to work overtime during critical days or peak seasons.
-- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-demand environment.
