JOB DESCRIPTION
We’re looking for a web graphic designer who is passionate about their work and takes pride in creating beautiful and user-friendly designs. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of previous work, be highly creative, and have a good understanding of user experience and web standards.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES
 Collaborates with cross-functional teams to establish objectives for design within each project to determine best approach for design and the finished product.
 Design and layout web site graphics
 Use typography, color, and layout to convey ideas and inform users
 Develop brand identities including logos, corporate colors, and other typography
 Develop compelling web content and graphics for web sites and web applications
 Design pages, templates, and graphics for print and web
 Research, explore, and experiment with new ideas
 Optimize content by testing, optimizing, and refining
 Communicate with project managers and clients to determine content requirements and needs
 Need to have graduated from an accredited institution with a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design
 Brainstorms with creative agencies on campaign concepts and strategies for design execution across a variety of deliverables.
 Works cognitively around deadlines of multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
 Performs other tasks as assigned.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

 Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field; or equivalent experience preferred.
 2 years’ experience in high-volume graphic production environment.
 Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite
 Experience with HTML/CSS and familiarity with javascript
 Web experience (a portfolio is required)
 Knowledge of UI/UX principles
 Experience with Figma design
 Experience with content management systems
 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
