This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Cisco ACI - Network Engineer in the Philippines . This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-scale data center networks with a focus on Cisco ACI environments. You will serve as a Level 2 technical escalation point, leading complex projects, troubleshooting critical network issues, and ensuring network stability, scalability, and compliance. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, comprehensive documentation, and participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation. Accountabilities: Lead the planning, configuration, and implementation of ACI-based solutions in enterprise data centers Provide Level 2 technical support, acting as the final escalation point for network issues Maintain deep expertise in Cisco ACI, including Multi-Pod and Multi-Site architectures, Tenant constructs, Application Network Profiles, Contracts, Fabric Access Policies, and Layer 3 routing policies Support application migration to ACI fabrics and perform underlay and overlay traffic troubleshooting Document network configurations, procedures, and issue resolutions comprehensively Collaborate with cross-functional teams on incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives Utilize monitoring and management tools such as CA Spectrum, ServiceNow, PRTG, and packet analysis platforms Participate in a 24/7 on-call support schedule as required Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience 4-6 years of progressive experience in enterprise IT operations, with a minimum of 4 years in infrastructure engineering, especially Cisco ACI and data center technologies Strong hands-on experience with Cisco ACI deployment, architecture, and support Proficiency with Cisco IOS, NX-OS, multi-vendor routing and switching, SDx, MPLS, and data center network security Experience with Citrix, F5 load balancers, packet capture, traffic analysis, and network troubleshooting Prior experience leading projects and working in a 24/7 support environment Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills Preferred certifications: CCNP/CCIE (Data Center or R&S), Cisco ACI certifications, ITIL Foundation Benefits Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, vision) Paid time off and holidays Flexible working arrangements Opportunities for professional development and certifications Participation in global, challenging, and innovative networking projects #J-18808-Ljbffr
