Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounting/Finance Assistant with a strong background in various aspects of accounting and bookkeeping. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to the finance team, ensuring accurate financial records, efficient processes, and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Bookkeeping and Data Entry:
o Maintain accurate records of financial transactions by entering data into accounting systems.
o Reconcile accounts, including bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
2. Financial Reporting:
o Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
o Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
3. Accounts Payable and Receivable:
o Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
o Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding invoices and manage vendor relationships.
4. Compliance and Documentation:
o Ensure compliance with tax regulations and filing requirements.
o Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records for audits.
5. General Administrative Tasks:
o Support the finance team in special projects and ad hoc reporting.
o Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes.

Key Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Familiar with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel is a plus
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Can work in Quezon City and can start ASAP

Preferred Experience:
• Proven experience in bookkeeping or a related accounting role.
• Familiarity with multiple facets of accounting, including payroll, tax preparation, and financial reporting.
• Ability to adapt to new software and tools quickly.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a team-oriented mindset.
