The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a strong background in telecommunications or IT managed services. This is a pivotal role within our growth strategy, focused on engaging decision‑makers, qualifying opportunities, and building a high‑quality sales pipeline. The right candidate will bring energy, curiosity, and resilience — combined with the professionalism needed to engage senior executives. Key Responsibilities Proactively identify and research prospective clients within target industries. Execute structured outbound campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn. Conduct high‑quality discovery to understand business challenges and technology requirements. Qualify opportunities against Ignite’s solution set and book meetings for the senior sales team. Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and pipeline activity in HubSpot CRM. Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine value propositions, messaging, and campaigns. Consistently achieve activity, qualification, and meeting‑booked targets. About You 3–5 years’ experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or Inside Sales role. Proven success in telecommunications, ICT, or IT managed services. Strong business acumen and ability to engage senior decision‑makers across multiple industries. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional presence. Resilient, target‑driven, and comfortable with high outbound activity. Skilled in using sales engagement and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo). Motivated by results and keen to progress into senior sales roles over time.
