We're Hiring: Senior Test Lead – Digital Channels & AI-Driven Quality Assurance

Are you passionate about driving excellence in digital banking platforms like Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, UPI, BBPS, and Cards? Do you specialize in testing strategies that integrate AI, compliance control, and platform capabilities?

Join us as a Senior Test Lead where you'll own the end-to-end testing quality and delivery for cutting-edge digital channels.

  • Deep knowledge of Digital Channels : Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, UPI, BBPS, Cards.
  • Specialized in Registration & Onboarding Testing.
  • Strong experience in NPCI & BBPS certification testing.
  • Expertise in Database testing and Backend log review.
  • Proven track record in Compliance control testing.
  • Define and own the AI-integrated Test Strategy , planning, and resource mapping.
  • Drive AI-led test process improvements across platforms.
  • Engage with client stakeholders for risk mitigation , change management , and status reporting.
  • Consolidate and report AI-powered test metrics and platform insights.
  • Lead knowledge management and ensure full utilization of onsite-offshore collaboration.
  • Create detailed test design and execution plans.
  • Track milestones and AI-based automation adoption KPIs.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for testing issues.
  • Lead daily defect triages and ensure timely resolution.
  • Own metrics definition, measurement, and reporting.
  • Be at the forefront of AI-powered testing transformation.
  • Work with a team that values quality, innovation, and collaboration.
