> Licensed Architect/Civil Engineer/Mechanical Engineer
> At least 5 years of relevant experience in the same field in a construction industry both horizontal and vertical projects
> Preferably 3 years of experience as a Precast Engineer in horizontal and vertical projects.
> Able to read, comprehend and interpret plans and drawings
> Knowledgeable of MS Office applications, AutoCAD, SketchUp and other related applications
> Must possess excellent technical, communication (oral & written) and interpersonal skills
