The Inventory Coordinator assists the Inventory Manager with day‑to‑day order processing, system maintenance and supply‑chain coordination. Core Responsibilities Update pricing, quantity and date accuracy in the ERP system for purchase, production and transfer orders. Create transfer and production orders as per the ERP system. Review grouped production orders to ensure materials are procured to meet customer supply. Process supplier invoices with accurate price and quantity updates. Monitor daily outstanding order reports and related ordering reports to finalize purchase, production and transfer orders. Process supplier credits and hardware RMAs. Maintain master data integrity and set up new items in ERP/WMS systems. Create and maintain shipments in the ERP system, ensuring dates, quantities and costs are updated. Identify continuous improvement opportunities and implement action plans. Escalate potential supply issues to key stakeholders. Review planned orders and procure inventory in line with forecasts and budget. Expedite procurement of materials at risk of stock‑out or customer backorders. Monitor product supply‑chain settings to ensure desired outcomes. Liaise with suppliers to ensure delivery time compliance and product quality. Coordinate reviews of slow‑moving and obsolete stock and carry out agreed actions. Other key accountabilities as determined by the position manager. Work Setup Location: Eastwood, Quezon City Onsite work arrangement. Work schedule: Monday‑Friday, Day Shift.
