What The Role Will Entail
  • Define the data science roadmap, lead end-to-end analytics projects, and align initiatives with business and financial goals.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze complex financial data to develop and evaluate machine learning models for forecasting, risk, fraud, and segmentation.
  • Translate analytical findings into clear business strategies; collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure models meet operational objectives.
  • Streamline data pipelines and deployment workflows to boost efficiency, scalability, and performance across systems.
  • Drive innovation by exploring emerging tech and algorithms, creating visualizations, and communicating insights to stakeholders at all levels.
What We\'re Looking For
  • Bachelor\'s degree in a quantitative, business, or technology-related field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, or Business Administration
  • Familiarity with banking operations (Marketing, Credit, Portfolio, Fraud, AML) and hands-on experience with open-source data tools (Hive, Presto, Airflow) and cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS)
  • Proactive self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively across teams and functions
  • Demonstrated expertise in banking operations (e.g., Marketing, Credit, Portfolio, Fraud, AML), proficiency in open-source data tools (Hive, Presto, Airflow), cloud technologies (Azure, GCP, AWS), and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset with strong communication skills across cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to structure complex issues and deliver insightful, timely solutions
