In this role, you’ll lead the creative direction and execution of branding projects across a range of industries — from visual identity and packaging to websites, email, and social media. You’ll be responsible for building clean, elevated, and cohesive brand systems that translate strategy into striking, memorable design. This is a project-based position , offering the opportunity to contribute to a variety of clients, industries, and categories to help shape brands from the ground up. Responsibilities Lead the visual direction and execute full brand identity systems. Design comprehensive brand books, including logo, typography, color palettes, iconography, and brand usage guidelines. Define photography styles and curate aligned image libraries. Design packaging concepts and prepare production-ready files. Build and deliver branded template systems (social media, email, presentation decks). Ensure consistency and quality across all design and marketing platforms. Review and guide brand implementation across websites and marketing collateral. Collaborate with copywriters and strategists to translate brand strategy into creative design. Present design concepts and revisions to internal teams and, occasionally, clients. Manage multiple brand projects simultaneously, from concept to final delivery. Requirements Proven experience in branding design with multi‑channel execution. Strong portfolio showcasing identity systems, packaging, and brand collateral . Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) , and Canva . Excellent understanding of visual hierarchy, grids, typography, color theory, and psychology . Ability to interpret strategic briefs and convert them into creative, on‑brand visuals. Strong presentation and communication skills — confident explaining design rationale. Collaborative mindset with experience working alongside strategists, copywriters, project managers, and developers . Proficient in English (written and spoken) with the ability to engage in client‑facing discussions. Familiarity with using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly) to enhance workflow is a plus. Bonus: Basic motion or video editing skills.
