What You'll Do
As a Treasury Manager based in Taguig, you will be entrusted with overseeing critical aspects of the organisation’s financial operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve close monitoring of cash flows, ensuring liquidity is maintained at optimal levels for smooth business functioning.

• Oversee daily cash management activities by monitoring balances, executing fund transfers, and ensuring sufficient liquidity for operational needs.
• Develop accurate cash flow forecasts by analysing historical data and collaborating with various departments to anticipate future requirements.
• Manage relationships with banking partners by negotiating terms, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining up-to-date records of all accounts.
• Implement robust internal controls over treasury processes to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Prepare detailed reports on cash positions, investments, and debt obligations for senior management review and strategic planning purposes.
• Support risk mitigation efforts by identifying potential exposures related to currency fluctuations or interest rate changes and recommending appropriate hedging strategies.
• Coordinate with accounting teams to reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies efficiently while maintaining accurate documentation.
• Drive process improvements within treasury operations by evaluating current procedures and introducing best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist in developing policies related to treasury functions that align with organisational objectives and industry standards.
• Participate in cross-functional projects involving finance, audit, or technology teams to support broader business initiatives.
  

What You Bring
To excel as a Treasury Manager in this organisation, you will bring proven experience from similar roles where you have managed complex financial operations with diligence and care.

• Demonstrated experience in treasury management or corporate finance roles within medium to large organisations is essential for success in this position.
