About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for a Product Owner . This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines. The Product Owner role will create the product vision and collaborates with customers, business managers, development team, and other stakeholders to make sure the goals are clear, and the vision is aligned with business objectives. Responsibilities Define CMDB (Configuration Management Database) data model and governance IT asset discovery, including their relationships and automated CMDB fields population Manage, maintain and secure ITSM (Information Technology Service Management) related end-points by defining stories, understanding business value, and prioritizing the team's backlog to assure the execution of the program priorities and value delivery objectives Collaborate with Product Management, Customers, Stakeholders and Business Owners to maintain a strong understanding of evolving business priorities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) and able to demonstrate high proficiency in programming fundamentals Ability to clearly communicate and define product stories, work with team to prioritize team backlog, and align with product management, customers, and business owners. Maintain Team Backlog - Partnering with Architects within and outside SMAPE (Service Management and Application & Platform Engineering) to build, edit, and maintain team backlog, including dependencies, priorities, business value, and enablers. PI (Program Increment) Planning - The PO (Product Owner) reviews and reprioritizes the backlog as part of the prep work for PI, including coordination of dependencies with other POs. During the PI event, the PO communicates story detail and priorities and ensures the team aligns and agrees on a final plan. Working knowledge of ITSM, CMDB, Azure, ServiceNow, and vendor engagement.
