A pahinante, or delivery helper, assists drivers in delivering goods to customers. They may also load and unload goods, and ensure that deliveries are accurate and on time.

Responsibilities

Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles

Check items for deliveries

Maintain accurate records of deliveries

Get customers to sign that they received the delivery

Report delivery issues to a supervisor

Follow safety policies and procedures

Keep the delivery vehicle clean

Help drivers find delivery locations

Communicate with customers and drivers
