The Payroll Manager is responsible for managing payroll teams across multiple regions, aligning processes with business strategies, and leveraging the Ceridian Dayforce software to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Responsibilities- Oversee accurate, timely multi-country payroll
- Ensure compliance with global payroll/tax laws; update processes as rules change
- Align payroll with People/Finance; coordinate life events and timelines
- Lead and develop the payroll team; implement secure, compliant systems
- Resolve payroll inquiries quickly; enforce controls to reduce risk and fraud
- Prepare/analyze payroll reports for leaders, partner with auditors and vendors
- At least seven (7) years of experience in payroll.
- At least one (1) year of experience leading payroll staff or a related field.
- Experienced in Ceridian Dayforce and global payroll management
- Strong knowledge of international payroll laws and compliance
- Adapts to payroll systems/technologies; implements efficient solutions
- Prepares reports, analyzes data, and maintains compliance documentation
