Overview Sr. Associate Manager – Ethics & Compliance at Sutherland, Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines. The incumbent will report to the Manager - Ethics & Compliance and will be responsible for conducting investigations, fraud assessments, transaction analysis, and training to promote a culture of integrity and compliance with laws and regulations on business ethics, anti-corruption, and anti-fraud. Primary responsibilities cover support for the Philippines with services to global business areas as part of a larger function. Responsibilities Internal Investigations: Lead investigations and/or provide operational support to investigation teams for matters reported on the Company’s Ethics hotline. Review case status updates and ensure actions are recorded accurately. Create clear and concise investigation reports for management review. Risk Assessment: Identify and assess compliance risks. Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to ensure adherence to policies and regulations. Help develop strategies to mitigate identified risks. Transaction analysis and Anti-Fraud procedures: Identify potential red flag transactions across various business areas by analyzing transaction data using MS Excel, SQL or other tools; conduct detailed reviews and publish meaningful results. Training and Awareness: Assist in developing and delivering ethics and compliance training programs. Maintain training records and promote awareness of the company’s ethics and compliance program through various channels. Data Management and Analysis: Maintain and organize compliance-related documentation and records. Analyze data to identify trends and improvement areas in the compliance program. Use compliance management software and tools effectively. Other activities: Act as a liaison between the ethics and compliance department and other departments. Support cross-functional teams in implementing compliance initiatives. Provide administrative support and manage department collateral; collaborate on global initiatives. Qualifications Commerce or related field with CFE/CCEP or similar certification preferred Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience Big 4 experience is a plus Proficient in MS Office Applications; exposure to AI tools Excellent analytical skills; ability to interpret data, identify trends, and suggest improvements Strong verbal and written communication skills; clear, constructive, and professional Creative thinker, willing to work flexible hours and adapt to changing circumstances Kind, empathetic, yet persuasive; thrives in a diverse, multi-cultural environment Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Human Resources Industries IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
