We are seeking a passionate and skilled Engineer and Document Controller to join our Water Supply and Water Network team. This role is central to designing, implementing, and maintaining water infrastructure that delivers clean, reliable water to communities and industries. Act as a project team member in roles including Project Construction Manager, Project Engineer (Civil/Architecture), Project Engineers (Electrical & Mechanical), QA/QC Civil/MEP Quality Assurance, Project Planner/Controller, and Document Controller, ensuring project scope, schedule, quality, and documentation are managed effectively. Coordinate with licensed professionals and ensure compliance with applicable standards and licenses (e.g., PRC, PMP where applicable). Monitor progress, quality, and completion of civil, structural, electro-mechanical, and MEPF works as part of project execution. Maintain project documents using the company document management system and related registers. Qualifications Licensed Engineer (Master's preferred) and/or international equivalents (e.g., PMP) with relevant experience in Water Supply and Water Network Projects. PRC Licensed or international equivalent for applicable roles. Specific experience levels: 8+ years for Project Engineer roles; 5+ years for QA/QC MEPF and QA/QC Civil; 8+ years for Project Planner/Controller; 10 years experience referenced for Project Construction Manager. PRC Licensed or international equivalent license for Electrical & Mechanical roles; strong experience in monitoring, evaluating progress, quality, and completion of applicable works. Document Controller: minimum 2 years of related experience in construction document control.
