3) Senior Sales Executive – Lighting Industry

Location: 1780 Muntinlupa City, NCR

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Executive with at least 5 to 7 years of proven sales experience in the lighting industry. The ideal candidate must be capable of working independently, managing the entire sales cycle, and driving revenue growth. This is a full-time position with a competitive base salary and additional compensation packages.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet/exceed targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial and industrial sectors
• Negotiate and close deals that meet revenue targets
• Maintain and grow relationships with clients (architects, engineers, developers, contractors)
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, site visits, and lighting demonstrations

• Represent the company at industry events as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in new business development/sales within the lighting industry
• Self-motivated, able to work independently

• Strong industry network and knowledge of lighting products/technologies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, and sales tools
• Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
