This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for: Customer Success Business Analyst: will be responsible for working across multiple departments to support the CSM and Renewal programs, including:
- Deliver business reports efficiently and on time
- Provide timely data pulls based on user requests
- Identify abnormalities within regular reporting or data asks (example: Dashboard is blank, data update failed)
- Ad hoc support as needed on report delivery, data entry, data investigation, and ticket submissions
To succeed in this role you must have experience in:
- Interest in learning technologies such as SQL, Tableau, and Salesforce
- Excellent oral and written communication skills including listening and presentation skills
- Ability to gather, interpret and apply critical thinking to data to help inform decisions
Desired Qualifications:
- Strong analytical, organization, problem-solving and follow-through skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Willing to do night shifts
