We’re currently looking for: Customer Success Business Analyst: will be responsible for working across multiple departments to support the CSM and Renewal programs, including: Deliver business reports efficiently and on time Provide timely data pulls based on user requests Identify abnormalities within regular reporting or data asks (example: Dashboard is blank, data update failed) Ad hoc support as needed on report delivery, data entry, data investigation, and ticket submissions To succeed in this role you must have experience in: Interest in learning technologies such as SQL, Tableau, and Salesforce Excellent oral and written communication skills including listening and presentation skills Ability to gather, interpret and apply critical thinking to data to help inform decisions Desired Qualifications: Strong analytical, organization, problem-solving and follow-through skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite Willing to do night shifts What we offer: Comprehensive HMO package (medical and dental) Personal Time Off Leaves Quarterly Performance Bonus Employee Assistance and Wellness Programs RingCentral’s Solutions Engineering team uses expert knowledge of our platform to help new and existing clients create custom solutions that make the most of our technology.
