About the Role As the Business Service Management Lead , you’ll be responsible for defining, implementing, and managing 3-tier SLAs (Business Outcome, Business Service, and Activity SLAs). You’ll bridge the gap between business expectations and IT delivery—ensuring measurable results and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Understand and map business services with corresponding IT services. Define, maintain, and govern 3-tier SLAs (Business Outcome, Business Service, Activity). Establish a structured process to identify, measure, and improve business service performance. Review performance across vendors and drive continual improvement initiatives. Manage stakeholder expectations and coordinate with business and IT teams. Must-Have Qualifications 10–12 years’ experience defining and implementing Business Service and 3-tier SLA frameworks. Banking domain expertise with clear understanding of business services and outcomes. Proven track record linking business SLAs with IT SLAs. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills. Familiarity with ITIL processes and project management methodologies. Good-to-Have Experience in Service Integration and Management (SIAM) environments. ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation Certification. Experience with ServiceNow or any other ITSM platform.
