They review operational practices, create and enforce compliance plans, and perform regulatory risk management. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Processing of electronic payment & manual payment for local/foreign vendors Validating, processing, and clearing of payment Perform month end closing activities such as accruals and amortization of prepayments Recording of Government payments (SSS/PHIC/HDMF) Recording of fund transfers, interest income, dollar purchase, bank charges, other income Prepare financial schedules/analyses as required Handle analysis of account information Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Note: Other duties related to the responsibilities and output of the position but not included in this document may be assigned by the immediate superior EDUCATION REQUIRED College graduate with preference in Accounting, Business or a related field. EXPERIENCES 3-4 years of experience in the related field. COMPETENCIES KNOWLEDGE Knowledgeable in the industry’s standards and regulations An accredited qualification in regulatory and compliance assurance will be advantageous Proficiency in office and compliance management software SKILLS Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional analytical, investigative, and organizational skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. ATTITUDE Establish and maintain positive working relationships with others both internally and externally Positive work attitude.
