Admin and IT Associate

Job Summary:

The Admin and IT Support Associate will provide both office administrative support and frontline IT support for the Company:

-On-site office manning
-POC for Company and Client Equipment and Work tools
-Assists the Head of Admin with office administrative tasks
-Manage company WFH Security Processes such as access control, management and safeguards
-Manage and resolve IT-related concerns of employees such as conducting investigation of IT issues, conducting appropriate and timely -troubleshooting and endorse to appropriate personnel, team and/or vendor more complex IT issues
-Responsible and accountable for IT offboarding of all employees such as ensuring all access to company, customer and/or client related files, data, systems, tools and equipment are deleted
-Assist in New Employee onboarding (Creating Gmail account and other needed tools and access, prepare and issue work tools and equipment to new employees as needed, prepare and issue work tool and equipment issuance forms to new hires)
-Provide IT support for both physical or onsite and virtual Company events
-Serves as redundancy for onsite network security processes
-Serves as redundancy for company equipment management

Requirements
Education:

-Bachelor’s degree/ IT Graduate

Experience:

-1 to 2 years experience of IT-related work
