Knowledgeable in IT Services and Best Practices, Warranty Guidelines, and Service Delivery Best Practices. Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills. With negotiation and management skills, and detail orientation. Has a solid understanding of services, markets, customers, competitors, and trends.
