Overview
As a Senior Sales Executive at Rockwell Land, you will play a pivotal role in achieving sales targets by leveraging your expertise to build strong relationships with clients and promote Rockwell’s premier properties. You will identify market opportunities, guide potential buyers through the sales process, and ensure an exceptional customer experience that reflects Rockwell’s values of quality and excellence.
Responsibilities- Actively prospect, identify, and secure new clients to drive property sales.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct property presentations, site tours, and meetings with potential buyers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and Rockwell’s property portfolio.
- Prepare and negotiate offers, ensuring smooth transactions aligned with company policies.
- Represent Rockwell Land at sales events, open houses, and industry gatherings.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a proven ability to close deals.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to establish trust and rapport with clients.
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
