Job Description

• Assist in identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, negotiate prices, and secure cost-effective options.
• Process requisitions and purchase orders; monitor order status and supplier performance.
• Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and supplier relationships; ensure compliance with policies.

• Specific Responsibilities
• Handle purchasing categories including small wares, IT equipment, marketing, and admin supplies.
• Source items and vendors; maintain supplier contracts and documentation; prepare requisitions and POs.
• Monitor orders to avoid past-due dates; track deliveries and resolve discrepancies.

Work Experience
