Finance and Accounting Supervisor in Edsa Munoz Quezon City On-site - Quezon City, 5-10 years of experience, Bachelor's degree, Full-time Job Description Supervising and coordinating the day-to-day financial accounting and reporting activities of the finance team Preparing accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements Implementing and maintaining internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial data Analysing financial data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and company policies Mentoring and developing the finance team to enhance their skills and capabilities Qualifications : Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance supervisory or management role, preferably in the manufacturing or packaging industry Thorough understanding of financial accounting principles, practices, and reporting requirements Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams Proficiency in using financial software and spreadsheet applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel) Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional certification is preferred This is for DIRECT HIRE Working Location If the position requires you to work overseas, please be vigilant and beware of fraud.
