Overview As a Multimedia Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and producing visual content that supports the company’s brand identity and internal/external communications. This role focuses on end-to-end creative execution, from conceptualization to final output, while ensuring all assets are aligned with brand guidelines. You will also manage creative assets for efficient and consistent use across campaigns, events, and internal initiatives. As part of the Brand and Content team, you will collaborate closely to deliver engaging, high-quality visuals that bring stories and strategies to life. Responsibilities Conceptualization and Ideation: Collaborate with the Brand and Content team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts that align with the company’s brand identity and goals. Design Development: Create high-quality visual assets, including graphics, social media content, website banners, email templates, event materials, and internal communications visuals, ensuring all outputs reflect brand guidelines. Creative Brief Interpretation: Translate creative briefs into compelling visuals, understanding both strategic and aesthetic requirements. Library Maintenance: Build, organize, and maintain a comprehensive library of creative assets for easy access and consistent use across all channels. Version Control: Ensure updated and accurate versions of all creative files are properly archived and distributed. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Brand and Content team to ensure that creative outputs align with broader storytelling, campaign, and communication objectives. Project Coordination: Manage timelines and deliverables for assigned creative tasks, ensuring outputs are delivered on time and aligned with campaign needs. Competencies End-to-End Content Creation and Production – Proficient in planning, shooting, and producing photo and video content, from setup to post-production, to support campaigns, events, and internal communications. Technical Proficiency – Adept in using industry-standard tools and software for design, editing, and production (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.). Creative Design Proficiency – Skilled in developing compelling visual assets across digital and print platforms while adhering to brand guidelines. Brand Alignment – Strong understanding of brand identity and ability to translate it into consistent and impactful visuals. Collaboration and Communication – Effective in working closely with the Brand and Content team and other stakeholders to deliver aligned creative outputs. Project and Time Management – Capable of handling multiple design and production tasks simultaneously, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Communications, or a related field. 2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design, content production, or a related creative role. Proven experience in end-to-end content creation (photo, video, and design) for digital platforms, events, and internal communications. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design/production tools. Strong portfolio showcasing creative design, photography, and videography projects. Familiarity with social media platforms and trends in digital content. Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and ability to translate brand identity into visual storytelling. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
