Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and facilitate training courses for all new hires of TeamSpan.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultation with managers and partners.
- Develop training materials such as manuals, presentations, and multimedia visual aids.
- Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness and make continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with key people (i.e., mid-manager, operations and senior managers) to identify company training needs and ensure they align with business objectives.
- Ensure all trainees are at par with the expectations before officially endorsing to the production floor.
- Conduct weekly coaching and feedback sessions for the trainees.
- Create coaching logs/HR documents needed for all trainees.
- Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes.
- Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in employee development.
- Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to training.
- Provide floor support and give immediate answer to team’s questions or concerns about the process.
- Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals.
- Coordinate with clients for any process changes and updates.
- Create and send reports required by TeamSpan and the clients.
- Strong training background or similar role.
- Proven ability to master the full training cycle.
- Strong understanding of operations, company culture and business acumen.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt training methodologies to diverse learner needs.
- No existing Corrective Action or not in any Corrective Action Plan.
- Adequate knowledge of learning management software.
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with talent management and succession planning.
- Sound decision making and organizational skills.
- Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences.
- Proficiency in MS Office and in database software.
- Willing to work onsite, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu.
