Role Overview As a Technical Support Specialist, you’ll serve as the go-to expert for technical issues, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly assistance. You’ll collaborate closely with our IT and operations teams to resolve problems efficiently and keep systems running seamlessly.
