- Proposal and Documentation Support: Help prepare proposals, quotations, and bid requirements; ensure documentation for bids and partnerships is complete and submitted on time; maintain organized records.
- Marketing and Branding Support: Prepare marketing materials; coordinate trade shows and events; maintain online presence and client communication tools; assist in brand visibility.
- Reporting and Administrative Tasks: Track leads/proposals; prepare regular reports; provide administrative support to the Business Development Manager.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (note: listed in original text)
- 1–2 years in sales/marketing/business development preferred; fresh graduates considered
- Strong written and verbal communication; client engagement comfort
- Organized, proactive, detail-oriented; proficient in MS Office; CRM experience advantageous
