Overview

Discover your 100% YOU with MicroSourcing This role involves risk and data analysis to support budgeting, pricing, and decision-making related to vehicle fleets and associated costs.

Responsibilities
  • Research new vehicle models and create maintenance and tyre budgets.
  • Update lookup tables for Rego, CTP, Stamp Duty, dealer discounts, and related data.
  • Analyze and report on budgeted vs actual costs, projected excess kilometres, and sales strategies.
  • Prepare maintenance and tyre budgets for contract modifications.
  • Handle pricing variation requests and evaluate lease and rego quotes.
  • Manage PPSR processes and maintain accurate vehicle data and active fleet counts.
  • Identify sale and leaseback opportunities and support RFQs and tenders.
  • Collaborate with the team on various ad-hoc tasks and projects.
What You Need
  • Proven experience working with large datasets, tools, and data analysis
  • Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel
  • Comfortable working across any industry —focus is on analytical skills and tools, not domain expertise
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data reporting
  • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Preferred skills/expertise
  • Strong track record in analysing data to identify trends and generate actionable insights
  • Familiarity with pricing, budgeting, or financial modelling
  • Experience in supporting business cases, RFQs, or vendor comparisons
  • Exposure to operational risk or business analysis work
  • Background in a data-driven or analytics-focused environment
