Position Summary
We’re seeking a skilled and committed Recruiter to join our team and drive recruitment initiatives in Colombia. This role will oversee the full-cycle recruitment process—from crafting job descriptions in English to coordinating interviews, conducting background checks, and presenting top candidates to clients. Your contributions will play a key part in attracting top talent and supporting the continued growth and success of our organization.
Remote - Only hiring in Colombia
Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm EST / Follows Colombian Holidays
Main Responsibilities
- Create detailed job descriptions that accurately outline responsibilities and qualifications, ensuring alignment with the company’s hiring needs and client expectations.
- Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process using Microsoft Dynamics ATS to automate tasks, track candidates, and maintain organized workflows.
- Post job openings, source and pre‑screen candidates, and conduct thorough preliminary interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate client interviews by scheduling, preparing candidates, and ensuring smooth communication between all parties involved.
- Manage client relationships, providing regular updates on recruitment progress, candidate pipelines, and addressing any needs or concerns promptly.
- Conduct background checks on employment and personal references to validate candidate suitability and reliability.
- Draft and deliver clear and comprehensive employment offers to selected candidates, ensuring transparency on terms and conditions.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the process, providing timely feedback and status updates.
- Keep the candidate database in Dynamics ATS fully updated, ensuring complete and accurate information for future hiring initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Human Resources team to build recruitment strategies that attract top talent and improve time‑to‑hire.
- Ensure all recruitment and selection activities comply with local and international labor regulations, as well as internal company policies.
- Education: University degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment and selection, preferably in the BPO industry or fast-growing environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish. English level must be advanced (C1)
- Ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidates' technical skills and competencies.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and talent assessment tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple selection processes simultaneously.
- Ability to work proactively and take initiative in improving recruitment and selection processes.
