Build Smart Applications** You’ll design and develop cloud-native applications using CAP or RAP, leveraging SAP Business Application Studio. Whether it’s Java, Node.js, Python, or ABAP—you’ll use your coding skills to bring business logic to life.**2. Create Engaging User Interfaces** You’ll craft intuitive frontends using SAP UI5, JavaScript, and OData/REST APIs. Your work will directly impact how users interact with enterprise systems—making their experience seamless and efficient.**3. Integrate with BTP Services** You’ll work hands-on with Integration Suite (CPI), Event Mesh, and API Management to build event-driven architectures and scalable integrations. And finally, you’re open and borderless – naturally inclusive in how you work with others.Required Skills & Experience* Proven hands-on experience with **SAP BTP application development**, specifically using **CAP (Cloud Application Programming)** or **RAP (Restful Application Programming)** models.* Strong proficiency in **SAP Business Application Studio** and development using **Java**, **Node.js**, **Python**, or **ABAP**.* Solid understanding of **SAP UI5**, **JavaScript**, **HTML/CSS**, and **OData/REST APIs** for frontend development.* Demonstrated experience with **Integration Suite (CPI)**, including designing and deploying **iFlows**.* Practical knowledge of **API Management (APIM)** and **Event Mesh** for event-driven architectures.* Hands-on experience with at least **two SAP BTP services** (e.g., HANA Cloud, SAP Build, Steampunk).* Familiarity with **enterprise-grade application delivery** and **cloud-native architectures**.* Ability to work effectively in **cross-functional teams** and deliver in collaborative environments. **Preferred Skills and Experience*** Experience in **leading application development teams** or mentoring junior developers.* Exposure to **Agile methodologies** and DevOps practices within SAP environments.* SAP certifications related to **BTP**, **CAP/RAP**, or **Integration Suite**.* Prior experience in **consulting roles** with direct client engagement and solution delivery.* Knowledge of **security best practices** in SAP BTP applications (without being focused on platform-level security). **Being You**Diversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are.
