Overview eCommerce Coordinator (WFH | Dayshift) at MicroSourcing Position: eCommerce Coordinator Location: Eastwood, Quezon City Work Setup & Shift: Work from Home | Dayshift What you’ll do Join us at an exciting time as we grow our eCommerce presence, supporting the development of our existing and future digital business initiatives. Report to the Head of eCommerce and assist in delivering key digital marketing and strategic sales initiatives across our growing pureplay eCommerce business. Manage Sponsored Ad campaigns: own and track performance across products, modify keywords and bids in real time to maximize ROI. Optimize brand presence: create and oversee Brand Stores and Landing Pages to improve brand awareness and customer engagement. Provide day-to-day account support: handle product images, listings, daily stock feed uploads, price adjustments, compliance checks, and issue resolution for smooth operations across digital retail partners. Monitor retail analytics: analyze data to identify opportunities for growing traffic and conversion, and report on SKU and brand market trends. Collaborate with Brand Managers to ensure listing suppressions are resolved quickly and effectively. Support marketing efforts: assist with management and implementation of eCommerce marketing assets. What you need Non-negotiables 1-2 years of experience in a similar role Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) Experience in digital and e-commerce marketing, client care, or administration Ideal but not mandatory: Experience with Amazon Vendor/Seller Central and Shopify; familiarity with Google Analytics About MicroSourcing With over 9,000 professionals across 13 delivery centers, MicroSourcing is the pioneer and largest offshore provider of managed services in the Philippines.
