Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science. At least 2 years of relevant work experience. Minimum 2 years of experience in robotic process automation applied to complex business requirements. Technical Knowledge Hands‑on experience in Power Automate & AI Builder. Building automation on Azure platforms, integration with AI/ML models, connectors to SharePoint, OneDrive, network folders, Microsoft 365, Azure services, Dataverse, Power BI, third‑party APIs, on‑premises systems. Python programming, JSON & XML. Database modeling for automation (RDBMs, or open‑source). Agile methodologies, Azure Devops, Git. Knowledge of Automation Anywhere A360 & VB macro is an advantage. Role Overview The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer designs, codes, tests and deploys RPA robots, researches, documents, and modifies automated processes throughout the development lifecycle, fixes robot errors, gathers requirements, builds business cases, and estimates effort. Scope of Work / Responsibilities 1. Strategy and Planning Assist other developers in conceiving and developing new robots. Plan phases of the SDLC using Scaled Agile Framework, DevOps, CI/CD testing, and deployment. Assist in the research, preparation and documentation of robot requirements and solutions. Assist in setup and maintenance of environments and troubleshoot when needed. Understand user technology pain areas and create proof of concepts aligned to needs. 2. Acquisition and Deployment Research emerging RPA platform features and standards to support procurement and development. Recommend, schedule, and perform enhancements on the robots. 3. Operational Management Consistently write, translate, and code robots according to design. Run and monitor performance tests on new and existing robots to correct errors and isolate improvement areas. Administer critical analysis of test results and deliver solutions to problem areas. Generate statistics and prepare and write reports for management and/or team members on delivery status. Assist in development and maintenance of user manuals and guidelines. Liaise with RPA administrators to resolve robot problems. Manage and provide guidance to junior developers. Work Arrangement Hybrid: report onsite three times a week (mandatory for HQ compliance). Work schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Manila Time.
