Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting Financial Audits
    • Assist in planning, conducting, and completing audits of financial statements.
    • Perform detailed analysis and testing of financial records, transactions, and internal controls.
  • Documenting Findings
    • Prepare audit workpapers and document audit procedures performed.
    • Identify issues or discrepancies in financial data and report them to senior auditors.
  • Analyzing Financial Statements
    • Review balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports to ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS).
  • Internal Control Evaluation
    • Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes within client organizations.
  • Client Interaction
    • Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and explain audit processes.
    • Assist in identifying improvements to clients’ accounting practices and systems.
  • Supporting Audit Team
    • Work closely with the audit team to ensure project deadlines are met.
    • Provide support in preparing reports for senior auditors or managers.
  • Preparing Tax Filings (If applicable)
    • Help with preparing tax filings and ensure proper documentation and compliance with tax regulations.
Qualifications
  • With valid original barangay and police clearance
  • Good with customer service is an edge
  • Detail-oriented, and good with customers
  • All gender are welcome
  • Trustworthy and with pleasing personality
  • 18 years old and above
  • High School Graduate, ALS ,Senior/Junior High or HIGHER
  • With experience is a plus or w/o experience as long as willing to be trained
  • Can work shifting schedule, flexible hours including weekends or holiday
  • Physically fit
