DigiPlus also operates GameZone, with more to come. For more information, visit: Responsibilities Review reports, processes and staff performance. Coordinate with Top Management, Reporting and Tax teams, Operations and other business units on matters related to Revenue and Accounts Receivable. Prepare PAGCOR share remittance; perform entry in Microsoft Navision; print weekly sales PAGCOR report; prepare summary and AP voucher. Monitor negative remittance and reconcile as necessary. Generate weekly and monthly reports from IBM Planning Analytics and distribute reports to the machine vendor. Perform monthly entry of the vendor share, withholding tax, final withholding tax and AP machine vendor. Prepare accrual of direct costs. Record all revenue, cash deposits, payout tax and other transactions related to revenue per site. Record accounts receivable/commission from machine vendors. Supervise the Revenue and Accounts Receivable Team and provide inputs on the performance of revenue staff. Monitor the completion of the team’s deliverables and ensure deadlines are met. Identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and productivity of the Revenue Team. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accountancy or finance-related courses. At least 3 years of experience in revenue and accounts receivable management. At least 2 years of experience in people management. Proficient in MS Office; Microsoft Navision or accounting software experience is a plus.
